In Indian Vedic astrology, there are three types of nadis, which are the Aadi (or first) Nadi, Madhya (or middle) Nadi and Antya (or last) Nadi. If you and your partner have the same Nadi, this is not considered good as it creates Nadi Dosha which is not auspicious for marriage. Nadis of the same type gets zero count. Aadi Nadi affects the health or life of the Male, Antya Nadi affects the Female and Madhya Nadi affects both the Male and Female. Maximum points a match can get in Nadi Kuta are 8 and the minimum is 0. A match gets either 8 or 0 in Nadi Matching and no other points between 0 and 8 are awarded. If a match gets 8 in Nadi Matching then it means, the natives may have a healthy living together if other aspects considered for Match Making are good.
If a match gets 0 in Nadi Kuta during Match Making then usually Astrologers without looking at any other aspects consider it inauspicious.
