Refund Policy for Astrology Services

Any cancellation of astrology service(s) after the placement of confirmed order will attract a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount paid for the order.
Any cancellation after getting confirmation e-mail/delivery date for the service(s) will attract 25% of amount paid for the order as cancellation charges.
No cancellation or refund will be made once the service is provided through e mail/telephone as per the order requirement.

Any cancellation of Gem Stone(s) order by customer after the placement of order but before receipt of Final Invoice from us will attract cancellation charges of 10% of the total estimated amount.
Any cancellation of Gem Stone(s) order by customer after the dispatch of Final Invoice by us will attract 25% cancellation charges of total invoice amount.
Interest will be charged at the rate of 2% per month for any delays in payment of the balance amount. The delayed days will be counted from 10 days after dispatch of the Final Invoice from our side.
No cancellation or refund will be processed once the goods have been shipped and the tracking number is sent to the customer by us.

Any cancellation of Yantra(s) order by customer after the placement of order but before the energizing process will attract cancellation charges of 10% of the total amount as cancellation charges.
Any cancellation of Yantra(s) order by customer after the completion of energizing process will attract 25% of the total amount as cancellation charges.
No cancellation or refund will be made once the Yantra(s) has been shipped and the tracking number is sent to the customer by us.
